Make your business information accurate
Check your business name, phone number, hours, website link, and location or service area. Your Google Business Profile should describe your actual operations. Do not add an address that customers cannot legitimately visit just to appear in another community.
Give each important service a useful page
Describe the service in the words customers use. Explain who it is for, what is included, where it is available, and how to ask for help. Answer practical questions instead of repeating “Oklahoma City” throughout the page.
Check the first-contact experience
Open your site on a phone. Can you find the right service, call, or submit an inquiry without extra steps? Make sure forms go to someone who can respond. A ranking improvement cannot fix a missed inquiry.
Build trust without manufacturing it
Use genuine photographs, accurate credentials, and honest customer feedback. Request reviews without incentives or filtering out dissatisfied customers. Include a clear company story and consistent contact details.
Track a baseline before making changes
Record the inquiries and appointments you can measure today. Use website and business-profile information to understand discovery, then connect it with sales where your systems allow. Avoid treating every click as a new customer.
