Review the list before writing the offer
Check contact details, the last service or purchase, and the available permission records. A bought contact list is not a past-customer relationship. Avoid uploading sensitive customer information to a public website form.
Match the message to the relationship
A seasonal service, a repeat-visit reminder, or an announcement can give someone a practical reason to return. Separate recently served customers from people who have not heard from you in a while. Not everyone needs a discount.
Make returning simple
Use one clear next step: call, book, or reply. Prepare your staff for the message and confirm you have capacity to fulfill the offer. An outreach campaign should not create promises your team cannot honor.
Count completed business
Replies and clicks show interest, but booked services and repeat purchases provide stronger evidence. Compare outcomes with campaign and service costs. Honor opt-outs and consider whether the next message will be useful, not merely frequent.
